R.S. Constructions is based in Chennai, specifically in Old Pallavaram. Our office is at Number 8, Thirmugan Nagar, on the 2nd Street. It is a local Tamil Nadu business and we have been in this neighborhood for a long time. We do construction work, mostly around the local area. Chennai is a big place, but we stick to the parts we know best. Old Pallavaram has a lot of old and new buildings, so there is always some work for us. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny office. We just have a desk, some chairs, and our project files. Most of our guys are out on the sites during the day. We deal with cement, steel, and labor every day. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do. Thirmugan Nagar is a nice place to be located. We know the people around here and they know us. We don't use fancy slogans to get work. Usually, someone sees a house we built and asks who did it. That is how we get most of our projects. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about how long things will take. Sometimes the rains in Chennai slow us down, but we always finish what we start. It is just a regular local business trying to do good work for the people in our city. We don't take on more than we can handle.
