RADIANCE INFRA AND INTERIORS LLP is based at NO.43/3, IInd Main Road in Mahalakshmi Nagar, Adambakkam. It’s a decent area in Saidapet, Kanchipuram. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. Our work is a mix of infrastructure and interior stuff, so one day we might be looking at a structural issue and the next we are picking out floor tiles. It’s a wide range, which keeps things from getting boring. The office is just a regular room where we handle the accounts and meet with people. We don't have those fancy espresso machines or leather sofas you see in movies. It’s just us and our work. We try to be sensible about how we handle projects. We’ve seen enough people get promised things that aren't possible, so we try to be realistic from the start. If a job is going to take three weeks, we don't say it will take ten days. It’s better to just be upfront. Sometimes the weather in Kanchipuram gets really hot, and it slows everyone down, but we just push through. We are a small team and we all know our roles. There isn't much hierarchy here; everyone just chips in to get the project finished. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us okay so far. We just do the work. No big fuss is needed.
