Our little shop is on Netaji Street, specifically the 1st main near La Calleste in Madanandapuram. It is not the biggest place in the world, but it fits us just fine. We have been here for a good number of years now. Madanandapuram is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which we appreciate. We spend our mornings getting things ready and then work straight through the afternoon. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a fancy front office or someone to answer the phones all day. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. The workspace gets a bit cluttered because we have so many materials stacked up against the walls. We try to keep things in order, but when you are busy making things, a bit of a mess is bound to happen. We aren’t interested in becoming some big corporate entity. We just want to do our work and keep our customers happy. Most people find us by word of mouth or just by walking past on Netaji Street. We don't do any big advertising. We just focus on the task right in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out, which is frustrating, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. That’s just life here. We are happy with how things are going and hope to stay on this street for a long time.
