Our spot is over in Maraimalai Nagar on Boothapandiyan Street. The building is called Harini Illam and we are at Plot Number 1. Being right near the NH-1 in Chennai means there is always a lot of traffic and the sound of horns blowing. We deal with auto logistics, so there are always vehicles and parts being moved around. Chennai is usually very hot so we keep the fans going all day while we work through the logs. It is a simple setup on a regular street. We do not have any corporate branding all over the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the workday. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of things happen at once, but that is just the nature of this kind of business. We know the area well and have seen a lot of businesses come and go around here. The guys in the office are mostly local and we just talk about normal things while we handle the shipments. It is a practical life, making sure the cars and trucks get to the right places without too much delay. We are not interested in sounding like a big company, we are just here on Plot Number 1 doing our jobs and going home at the end of the day. It is just how we operate in this part of town.
