We have been at No 138 on OMR Road in Sholinganallur for a while now. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Aavin milk booth, which is a good landmark because everyone in Chennai knows where that is. The traffic on OMR can get pretty crazy during the day with all the IT folks moving around, so we usually start our mornings early before the noise picks up too much. Nest Integrated Construction Solutions isn't a massive firm with hundreds of people; it is mostly us trying to figure out how to get things built properly. Some days we are stuck at the desk looking at blueprints, and other days we are out on a site getting boots muddy. It is a lot of coordination with masons, electricians, and the guys who deliver sand or bricks. We deal with all sorts of small and medium projects around this side of town. Sholinganallur has changed a lot lately, and there is always some new building going up or an old one being fixed. We keep our tools and samples here in the office. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the main road, but that is just how it is. We spend most of our time answering phones and trying to keep schedules from slipping, which happens more often than we would like. It is honest work, and we just try to get the jobs done so people can move into their places.
