Millinieum Builders

Being over here on Kottanagar Street in Kancheepuram keeps us pretty busy. Millinieum Builders isn't some massive company with a hundred trucks, it's just us at number 15/1 doing what we know. The street is usually quiet, which is nice when we're trying to figure out schedules and talk to people about their houses. We've been in Tamil Nadu for a long time, so we understand how things work around here. It’s not always easy, and sometimes materials show up late or the heat gets to be a bit much, but we manage. We aren't into those big shiny brochures. Most of our time is spent on-site or sitting in the back office dealing with paperwork. You won't find us talking in circles or using big words that don't mean anything. We just take the projects as they come and try to be honest about what can be done. Kancheepuram has a lot of history, and we like that we get to build things in a place with so much character. Sometimes things get messy, and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that's just a normal day for us. We just want to keep working and stay part of the neighborhood here on the street. It’s how we’ve always done it.
