Mgh Logistics Pvt Ltd is located down in Tamil Nadu, at Plot No.243 in Arul Nagar, Guduvancheri. It’s a bit of a way out from the main city of Chennai, but it’s a good spot for us. We handle a lot of transport and supply chain work from this office. The space itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of logistics charts on the walls. Being in Guduvancheri means we are close to some of the major transport routes, which makes our job a bit easier. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and talking to drivers on their mobiles. It’s not the kind of work you see in movies. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is done and the timing is right. We have a small group of people here who have lived in the area for a long time. We know the local language and the local roads, which really helps when things get complicated. We don't use big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local team doing our part in the logistics chain. Every day brings a new set of problems, like a truck getting stuck or a shipment being delayed, and we just fix them. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just make sure the goods get moving and stay moving until they reach the client.
