Our office is in Ruddhralayam Flats, specifically No. 1 in Mahizham Colony, which is part of Natesan Nagar. It’s a pretty busy area because of the buses coming and going all day, but inside the flats, it stays quiet enough for us to focus on our drawings and plans. Manoh Construction And Consultancy Bureau isn't a giant corporation or anything like that. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about building things and giving advice on how to get projects done right. Usually, our tables are covered in big paper maps and blueprints. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to build a house but don't know where to start. It gets a bit crowded in the office when we have a few visitors, but we always manage. Being near the depot is actually great for us because people can find us easily after they get off the bus. We've been in this part of Chennai for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We just keep doing our thing, helping with construction ideas and making sure the math adds up on the consultancy side. It's not a flashy job, but we like it here in Natesan Nagar.
