At Mailam Naturals Pvt Ltd, we mostly just focus on getting things done from our spot at 3/2 in N G O Colony. Pazhavanthangal is a quiet enough area, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do. We aren't trying to be some massive company with a glass building and fancy suits. It’s just a regular space where we handle everything from orders to shipping. Most of the time, the air smells like the stuff we’re packing, which is actually quite nice. We spend a lot of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the labels are on right before anything goes out. Sometimes the printer acts up and wastes a whole roll of stickers, but we figure it out eventually. We’ve been in this part of town for a bit, so we know the neighbors and the guys at the tea shop down the street. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from sweeping the floor to talking to suppliers. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy ads. We just talk to people and send out what they need. If you’re looking for us, the building is pretty easy to find once you get into the colony. We try to keep things simple because that’s what works for us in the long run. Life is busy enough without making it harder.
