Maiam Interior

You can find Maiam Interior over at No 161 on 3rd Main Road in Thoraipakkam. We are tucked away in Chandrasekhar Avenue, right behind the PTC Bus Stop. It’s a busy little area, but our office stays relatively calm. We do a lot of interior work, which mostly means we spend our time measuring things and looking at fabric books. The office is full of catalogs and scraps of wallpaper. It might look like a mess to someone else, but we know where everything is. Being behind the bus stop means there’s always people moving around outside, which keeps things interesting. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team that likes putting rooms together. Chennai weather can be tough on materials, so we spend a lot of time talking about what lasts and what doesn't. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show you what we’ve been working on and tell you how it is. It’s practical, honest work. Thoraipakkam is a good place to be, right in the middle of all the growth on the OMR side. We’ve got our tools, our sketches, and a steady supply of tea. That’s about all we need to get through the day. If you’re passing by the PTC stop, you’re basically right at our doorstep.
