Littlefarm Estate Private Limited

Littlefarm Estate Private Limited is located over at E4 Royal Villa on Third Street. This is on Sankaralinganar Street in the Gerugambakkam area. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the middle of the city, which we actually quite like. The office is basically just a room where we keep all our estate records and meet with folks who are interested in land. We have been operating from this villa for a bit now. It feels more like a home than a stiff business office. We spend a lot of time looking at land plots and figuring out the boundaries. The name of the company sounds a bit like we might have cows, but mostly it's just about the estates. Gerugambakkam is growing fast, and we see new things being built every month. We try to stay on top of the local rules and what the government is saying about land use. Most days it is just us, some tea, and a lot of phone calls. The street outside is narrow, so you have to be careful when you drive down. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. It’s a simple life, really. We just work through the tasks one by one and try to keep things organized in our own way.
