Lassi Cream

Lassi Cream is located at 552 in the Gokul Complex. We are situated right opposite the Eit College Gate on Chennai Salai. Being right across the street from a college means that our shop is usually surrounded by students throughout the day. We mostly serve lassi and a few other drinks made from milk. The shop is not very large at all, just enough space for our mixing equipment and a small counter for serving. We have been here in the Gokul Complex for quite a while now. It gets really crowded during the times when the students have their breaks between classes. We try to keep up with all the orders, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait when everyone arrives at once. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks or big advertisements to get people in. We just put our sign out front and make sure we keep the milk fresh. The traffic on Chennai Salai can be very heavy and loud, so it is never really quiet outside. We have a few stools for people to sit on if they are not in a hurry to get back to class or work. It is a very simple setup. We like being near the college because there is always some kind of activity going on. We are not a big chain, just a local spot that is easy to find. We have been doing this for a few years and it is what we know.
