L&T Ecc

Out in East Tambaram, Chennai, you can find us at 24 C-1 Selvam Paradise on Agasthier Street. This is where L&T Ecc handles its local operations. Being in Chennai, the humidity is always something we have to deal with, so the fans are always on full blast in the office. Selvam Paradise is a decent building and our space is pretty straightforward. We have some desks and a lot of files related to the projects happening around the city. Agasthier Street is a bit narrow, but we manage. The staff here is mostly local folks who know the Tambaram area like the back of their hand. We don't have any polished marketing materials lying around, just maps and schedules. Most of the day is spent talking to contractors or checking on equipment deliveries. It is a busy life but we like it. We usually grab some tiffin from the nearby shops for breakfast. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and safety gear, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the work gets done right. If you come by, you might find us drinking coffee and looking over some site plans. It is just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of Chennai. We stay focused on the tasks and the people we work with.
