Up on the second floor of the Kssidc Multisoreyed Complex in Block-1, you’ll find us at Instrument Research Associates Pvt. Ltd. We occupy A-201 and B-202, so we’re spread out across a couple of units there. It’s a bit of a walk up if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, the rooms are filled with benches and lots of little instruments we’re testing or putting together. It’s a lot of quiet work, honestly. People have their heads down, focusing on small parts or looking at screens. Being in an electronics area like this means we have plenty of neighbors doing similar tech things. The complex is pretty big, so it’s easy to get turned around in the hallways if you haven’t been here before. We keep our space organized because we have to, with all the tiny components floating around. There’s no big corporate board room here. We just gather around a workbench if we need to talk something through. Lunch breaks usually happen at the desks or at a small stall nearby. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in these units for a good while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve taped up over the years. It feels like a workplace where stuff actually gets made and figured out.
