We are based at E T A Rosedale Apartments, specifically in Yellow Rose B102. We are right on Old Mahabalipuram Road, which is opposite Hindustan University. It’s a very busy area in Kancheepuram. The pin code is 603103. Our company name is Inceptional Dynamics, but we don't let the name make us sound too big. We are just a small team working out of this apartment. We chose this spot because it’s easy to get to and has everything we need nearby. Being on OMR means there’s always something happening outside. We spend our hours here focusing on our projects. We don’t have a formal corporate environment. We wear what we want and talk to each other like friends. We don’t have a long list of company values. We just try to be decent and get the work done right. Most of us have been in this field for a while, so we know what we’re doing without needing a lot of supervision. We don't use fancy words to describe our services. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we stay late because the traffic on OMR is too heavy to leave anyway. We’ve made this space our own. It’s practical and it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anybody with a flashy office. We just want to be reliable and keep our heads down.
