We've been around Pammal for a while now. Most people know the office on Kamaraj Street. It’s just a small place where we handle all the construction paperwork and planning. My uncle started this, and we just kept it going. It’s not a fancy office, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. We deal with cement, bricks, and labor everyday. Chennai weather gets tough, but the work has to move. We mostly do local stuff here. If you walk past No 14, you’ll see our sign. Sometimes it's noisy because of the trucks, but that’s just how building things works. We don't have a big team, just a few guys who have been with us for years. We know the local soil and what works for houses in this part of town. It’s a lot of running around between sites and the office. We try to keep things simple and get the walls up. People come by to talk about their house plans or just to check on progress. We don't do big ads. Usually, it's just neighbors telling neighbors about us. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years. We just focus on the job at hand and making sure the roof doesn't leak. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do.
