Gvg Stores

You can find Gvg Stores at No: 5/10 in the Lic Colony. We are specifically on 4th Cross Street in Pammal. It is a small shop, nothing like the big malls you see popping up everywhere these days. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself and serve the people living around Pammal. The shelves are packed with all sorts of things, and sometimes it is hard to find a specific item if you don't know where to look. We try to keep it organized, but it is just a one-man show most of the time. The Lic Colony is a nice place to be, and 4th Cross Street stays fairly quiet for most of the day. I know many of the neighbors who stop by for their daily needs. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. If you live nearby, you just know we are here. Sometimes I have to close early if I need to pick up more stock, but people understand. It is not a corporate business with strict hours. It is just a local store. My neighbor’s kid helps me move the heavier boxes sometimes. We don't have a big plan for the future. We just want to keep the lights on and the shelves full for the people on our street. It is a simple way of living and I am happy with it. It keeps me active and I get to see my friends every day.
