Green Light Electronics

You’ll find Green Light Electronics at number 27 on Ashram Avenue. Mugaliwakkam is a bit of a changing area, but our street stays relatively calm compared to the main junctions. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a door and a small window that usually has a few components sitting in it. Inside, it’s a different story. We have wires and testers scattered all over the place. It’s a bit disorganized, to be honest, but we know exactly where everything is located. If you ask for a specific resistor, we can usually dig it out of a bin in a few seconds. We spend a lot of our time hunched over workbenches with magnifying glasses. It’s quiet work, mostly, except when we have the radio playing in the background. The neighbors on Ashram Avenue are friendly enough, and we often see them walking their dogs or heading to the store while we’re packing up for the day. We don't have any big slogans or flashy advertisements. We just open up in the morning, do the repairs or sales that come our way, and head home when the sun goes down. Sometimes the rain in Mugaliwakkam makes the roof leak a little near the back door, so we have to keep an eye on the boxes. It’s a small, local operation, and we like the pace of things here.
