F5 Spa

We’ve been running F5 Spa here on Beach Road in Neelankarai for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Kapaleeshwar Nagar, and we like it that way. Most days it’s just us keeping the place tidy and waiting for the regulars to drop in after work. Living and working in Palavakkam means we know most of the people who walk past our door. The salt air from the beach sometimes makes the door stick a bit, but we don't mind. Inside, we keep things simple. There are no fancy fountains or loud music, just a couple of rooms where people can sit back for an hour. We started this because we lived in Chennai and saw how tired everyone looked. It’s a small space at No 4/33, nothing too big. Sometimes the traffic on Beach Road gets a bit loud in the evenings, but once you're inside, it's okay. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the work. We make sure the towels are clean and the lights are low. People come here when they've had a long day at the office or just need to get away from the heat for a bit. It isn't a luxury hotel, just a local spot for a massage or a quick wash. We’re usually here from morning until late evening if anyone needs anything. We often spend our downtime chatting about the local weather or fixing a loose shelf in the back.
