Eurocon Tiles

Our shop is located on Perumal Koil Street in the Medavakkam area of Chennai. The address is 4/1200. We are quite close to the temple, so the street gets very busy during festival times and on weekends. We’ve been here at Ranganathapuram for a few years now. Medavakkam has changed a lot with all the new buildings coming up, so we see a lot of new faces in the shop. It is a small team of us working here. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned about tiles by handling them every day. The shop is practical. We keep the samples on the racks so people can touch them and see the colors in the natural light. Sometimes we get a bit of a backlog with deliveries because the roads around here are always under repair or just full of traffic. We just tell our customers to be patient. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We just sell tiles to people in the neighborhood. It gets dusty and we spend a lot of time cleaning, but it never stays clean for long. That's just part of the trade. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful when someone isn't sure what kind of flooring they need. We just work here and do our thing.
