If you are looking for us, we are up on the first floor at No. 12/ A on Kamarajar Street here in Kanchipuram. Being in this district for a while has taught us a lot about how things work locally. We deal with biotech stuff, which sounds complicated but for us, it’s just our daily routine. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment tucked into the corners. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly just bare or have some old calendars hanging up. Climbing the stairs every morning is how we start the day. It’s a busy street outside, lots of noise from the traffic and people walking by. Inside, we just focus on the samples and the reports we have to finish. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Some days the heat in Kanchipuram gets to be a bit much, but the fans keep things moving. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s easy for people to find once they know where Kamarajar Street is. It's a practical space for the kind of work we do. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just try to get the testing and the paperwork done without any errors. It's just a regular workplace with people trying to do their jobs as best as we can.
