We set up shop here in Kottivakkam, just behind the Naidu Hall showroom. It's a quiet enough spot if you ignore the ECR traffic nearby. Mostly, we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to folks who need a job. The office is on 3rd Cross Street Extn in AGS Colony. It's not a fancy place, just a workspace where we try to match people with local openings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us sorting through papers. We've been around this part of Chennai for a bit now. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks since the streets can get a little confusing if you aren't from around here. We handle a lot of different roles, from office work to more technical stuff. It's basically just a few of us here making calls and trying to keep things organized. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's more about sitting down and seeing who fits where. Some days are long, especially when a lot of people come in at once. We just try to get through the pile and help out whoever walks through the door. If you know the area near the seaside, you'll know it's a decent place to work. We like being tucked away behind the main road. It keeps things a bit more manageable while we focus on getting people into work. It's just simple work we do every day to keep things moving.
