Our place is located on Jagathratchagan Salai in Shankar Nagar, which is part of Chrompet in Chennai. It’s a pretty lively area, and finding our building isn't too hard once you get onto the main road. The Chennai heat can be quite something, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day while we sort through the shipping logs. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who’ve been in logistics for years and some newer faces. We mostly spend our time coordinating where the trucks are and when things are supposed to arrive at the port or the warehouse. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic on the way to the airport or the city center. We don't really bother with any corporate talk or long presentations. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. The office is a bit cramped with all the boxes and folders, but we know where everything is. Lunchtime usually involves everyone sharing food brought from home, which is a nice break from the phones ringing. Chrompet is a good spot to be in because it’s well-connected, even if the roads get a bit congested during rush hour. We just keep things running as smoothly as we can, handling one shipment at a time and making sure the paperwork is sorted before the day ends.
