Panjukotti Street is one of those places where life moves at its own pace. Our business, Byd Electronics India, is tucked into one of the smaller buildings there. It’s not a high-tech factory like you might see in the big cities. It’s more of a local workshop where we handle electronic components and repairs. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of parts and tools scattered around. We prefer it that way because everything is within reach when we are working. We’ve been here for several years, and the people on the street are like family to us. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. The building is old, with thick walls that keep it a bit cooler during the hot Tamil Nadu summers. We don't have any marketing people or fancy brochures. People hear about us from their neighbors or just see the sign when they're walking down the street. We do the work as best as we can and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a simple life on Panjukotti Street, but we find it rewarding to keep things running for our customers who rely on us.
