Blend Architects & Interiors

We are based at 60 Vallar Street in Periyakuppam, which is quite close to the Tiruvallur railway station. Blend Architects & Interiors is basically a small group of us working out of this office. Being near the station is handy because we get a lot of people passing by on their way to or from work. Our office isn't one of those super modern glass buildings you see in the city. It's a regular space where we keep our drawings, samples, and a few computers. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking about colors or materials. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints everywhere, but that’s how we work best. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. People in Tiruvallur know us as the local spot for getting some help with their house or shop layout. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to our clients. We just try to figure out what they want and how to make it fit in the space they have. It's practical work. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and like being within walking distance of the trains. It makes life easier for everyone. We just show up every day and do our best on each project that comes our way.
