Bay Forge Limited

Bay Forge Limited is based at No. 39 Shanmugam Road over in West Tambaram. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the West Tambaram area at all. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and the building has seen a lot of activity over the years. We mostly focus on the forging work that comes through the door. It’s loud, hot, and there is always something that needs fixing or moving around. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks you see in the city center. It’s just a workspace for people who don’t mind getting their hands dirty. Shanmugam Road gets quite busy with people commuting, but inside the forge, we’re mostly focused on the machines. We keep our operations simple and don't spend money on things we don't need. Our team is small and everyone knows their job well enough that we don't need to have meetings all day. We just get the work done and go home. Sometimes people ask if we're going to expand or move to a bigger place, but No. 39 suits us just fine for now. It’s a solid location and we have everything we need right here in West Tambaram. We just keep our heads down and keep the hammers moving. It is a very normal, hard-working environment and we like keeping it that way.
