Arvind Associates

We are located in Thiruvanmiyur, specifically at New No 12, which used to be Old No 19, on 3rd Cross Street in Dr. Radhakrishna Nagar. It sounds a bit complicated, but once you’re on the street, it’s easy enough to spot our door. Arvind Associates has been around this neighborhood for quite a while. Our office is a simple place where we manage our projects. We don't have fancy furniture or a high-tech reception area. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of shelving for project files and old drawings. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or dealing with the various bits of paperwork that come with construction and design work. We know the local area very well, which helps when we're trying to figure out the best way to handle a project here. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice for when we need to concentrate on a tricky set of plans. We’re a small group, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here. We just sit down and get the tasks done. Whether it’s a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we treat it the same way. It’s just about being practical and getting the details sorted so things move along as they should. We like being part of the Thiruvanmiyur community and having our office here in this part of town.
