You can find us at No 113 on Kovalam Rd. It’s a bit of a unique spot because we do both sculpture and architecture here. The workshop part of the building is usually dusty because of the stone and wood we work with, while the drafting area is kept a bit cleaner. It’s a strange mix, but it’s how we’ve always done things at Arun Sculptors & Architects. We like the physical side of creating things, not just the digital stuff on the screen. There are usually half-finished models sitting on the tables and sketches pinned to the walls. Kovalam Road has its own pace, a bit slower than the city center, which suits us just fine. We get people coming in for all sorts of things—some want a building designed, others want something carved for a garden or a specific space. We take it as it comes. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren't all related. We’ve been at this location for many years, and the neighbors know us well by now. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty, but there is something satisfying about seeing a physical object come to life from a drawing. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come by the shop and take a look around. There's usually someone around to talk to.
