APS Iconic Home

You can find us at No 493/3 A on Kalaingnar Karunanidhi Road in Sholinganallur. We are right opposite the Cad Centre, which is a big landmark around here. Also, the Sholinganallur Police Station is just behind our building, so we’re in a very easy-to-find spot. APS Iconic Home is a small local business. We don't have a bunch of fancy executives. It's just us handling the day-to-day of home projects. Chennai can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time in the office with the fans on full blast. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site notes. We aren't a big company with a huge marketing budget. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. Sholinganallur has changed a lot, with new buildings going up everywhere. We’ve been part of that landscape for a bit now. We don't use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and how long it might take. Sometimes projects have delays because of the rain or material issues. We just deal with it as it comes. Our office isn't a showroom; it's where we do the actual planning and math. We like the honesty of the work. If you're driving down Karunanidhi Road, you'll see our place. We are usually there during the week, unless we are out at a site.
