Ananthi Builders

We are based at No 73A on Pallikudathan Street in Kanchipuram. We are right across from Kavithaeical. If you know that area, you know it’s a typical local street with people coming and going all day. We’ve been working as Ananthi Builders for quite a while now. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their building plans. Most of what we do is around Kanchipuram. We know the ground here and what kind of foundations work best in this soil. Building things is a slow process and we don't try to rush it just to be done. We’d rather make sure everything is solid. We aren't really into the corporate way of doing things. We talk to people plainly and tell them what's possible and what isn't. Sometimes we have to tell someone their idea won't work with their budget, and that's just being honest. It’s better than making promises we can't keep later on. We have a small crew that helps us out on the sites. We spend most of our mornings checking on the progress of current jobs before heading back to the street to handle the office side of things.
