We've been working out of our office on Sethuraman Iyer Street for quite some time now. It’s a quiet spot in Ramapuram, just near Poothapedu. If you know the area, you probably know the street. It’s mostly residential around here, which we like. We spend most of our days at No 9, dealing with construction stuff and talking to people about their building needs. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office gets a bit much, especially near the main roads, but once you're inside, it’s fine. We handle the paperwork, draw up plans, and try to keep everything on track. Most of us here at Aishwaryambuilder have been doing this for years. We aren't a big flashy company with huge billboards or anything. It's just a small team trying to get things built right. We have our tools and our desks, and that's about it. People usually just drop by if they’re in the neighborhood or give us a call when they need something done. Sometimes we are out at site visits, so the office might be empty for a bit. It’s just how things go when you’re building things in Chennai. We know the local rules and how the weather affects the work. We just keep at it every day. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. The office is easy to find if you’re coming from the Poothapedu side. Just look for the sign at No 9.
