AA Design studio

We have been over here on 3rd Cross Street in Thiruvanmiyur for quite a while now. AA Design studio is basically just us sitting at our desks in Dr. Radhakrishanan Nagar, working through drawings and trying to get things right for people. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time. Sometimes random people wander in asking for directions, but mostly we are just focusing on the projects at hand. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is a workspace with a lot of papers, half-empty coffee cups, and computers. Dealing with design stuff all day can be a lot, but we like the area. There is a small tea shop nearby we go to when we need a break from the screens. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans and talking to folks about what they need for their specific spaces. We try to keep things very straightforward. If you come by number 12, you will see we are just a small team doing our thing. It gets a bit messy with all the sketches piled up, but that is just how we work. Thiruvanmiyur has changed a lot since we started, but this little corner of Dr. Radhakrishanan Nagar stays pretty much the same. We are not trying to be the biggest firm in Chennai, just want to do decent work from our little office here. Usually, someone is around from morning until late evening.
