We are Unflinch Social Innovation And Strategyllp. Our office is tucked away at No.13/1 on 7th Cross Street in Mahalakshmi Nagar. That's over in the East Vanamampet area. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which we appreciate. We focus on innovation and strategy work here, though that sounds a bit more formal than it actually feels on a daily basis. Mostly, it is just us sitting around a table figuring things out. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old shelves and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We’ve been in Mahalakshmi Nagar for a bit now and like the local vibe. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we usually end up in the afternoons. Our work involves a lot of thinking and planning, so having a calm spot is important. We don't have a big HR department or a floor of managers. It's a small group of us trying to make sense of different projects. Sometimes we disagree on how to do things, but we usually work it out by the end of the day. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We do our best with what we have.
