We’re located out in Chengalpattu at No. 236 on the JCK Nagar Mainroad. It’s a bit away from the main Chennai city hub, which we actually like because it’s a bit quieter. RVPS BUILDTECHS LLP is the name we use for all our building work. We handle various construction tasks, from basic house repairs to bigger builds. JCK Nagar is a growing area, and we’ve been busy with a lot of local projects lately. Our office is a simple setup on the main road. You can’t miss it if you’re driving through. We have a few steady workers who have been with us for a long time. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that; word of mouth usually keeps us going. Most of our days are spent on the JCK Nagar Mainroad area or nearby sites. We deal with the usual stuff like sourcing sand, cement, and laborers. It’s not always easy, especially when the costs of materials go up suddenly. But we just keep moving forward. Chengalpattu has its own vibe, different from the city, and we fit in well here. We’re just local people building for other local people. If you see us around, we’re probably heading to a site or coming back from one with a truck full of supplies. We take things as they come and try to do a solid job on every single project we take on.
