Pivot Principal Advisory Llp

You can find us at 292/1 on T K M Road in the Big Melamaiyur area. It’s near the Vallam post office in Chengalpattu. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. Pivot Principal Advisory Llp is basically a group of us who know our way around certain things and decided to work together. The office is a bit out of the main city rush, which is nice because it’s a bit quieter. We have a lot of paperwork usually spread out over the tables. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Chengalpattu. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of talking through different projects. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see one of us working. It’s a very practical setup. We try to keep our overhead low and just focus on the actual work. Some days we stay late when things get busy, and other days we head out early if the work is caught up. It’s a flexible way to do things. We like it here because it feels like a real community. T K M Road is a familiar place to us now. We just do our thing and stay out of the way.
