Metha Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find us over on Bharathi Street, specifically at number 7/18 in Jothi Nagar. It’s a regular street in Arakkonam, nothing too special about the outside. Inside, we have our tables set up and all the gear for helping people move better. The clinic isn't huge, but it's enough space for what we do every day. Most of our regulars live right around the corner or a few streets over. We spend a lot of time on our feet here, working with hands and a few machines when they're needed. The fans are usually running full blast because Arakkonam gets pretty hot in the afternoons. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with scooters going by, but we don't mind much. It’s just the sound of the neighborhood. We keep the place simple. There are chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn, and a desk where we keep the appointments written down. It's a hands-on kind of place. We talk to the patients about their gardens or their kids while we work. It makes the time go faster for everyone. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. We try to keep the front tidy, though dust from the road always finds its way in. It’s a practical little clinic for the folks around Jothi Nagar who need a bit of help with their joints. Sometimes the door sticks when it's humid, but you just have to give it a firm push. We have a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead tubes. It's just us here, doing the work, day in and day out.
