Mahanagar Consultancy Llp is located in the Lotus Pond complex in Thaiyur B Village. We are up on the fourth floor of Tower 8, in Flat No.D. It is a nice view from up here, especially when the weather is clear. Thiruporur Panchayat is a growing area, and being in Chengalput gives us a good base to work from. We are a consultancy firm, which means we spend a lot of time giving advice and helping people with their business needs. It is mostly a quiet office. Since we are in a residential complex, it doesn't feel like a cold corporate building. It feels more like a home, which helps us stay relaxed while we work. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth because we have been around for a bit. We keep our paperwork organized and try to stay on top of the latest rules so we can give good advice. There are just a few of us here, and we handle everything from answering the phones to filing the taxes. It is a lot of work sometimes, but we enjoy the independence of running our own Llp. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people crazy prices just to talk to us. We are just regular people.
