CLASSIC ESTATES AND VENTURES LLP

We’re over at No. 42 on Meenatchi Amman Kovil Street. It’s a well-known street around here, so most people don’t have any trouble finding us. Classic Estates and Ventures isn’t a high-pressure kind of place. We’re an LLP, which means it’s just a few of us running the show. The office is simple and functional, without any of the fancy decorations you might see in a big city firm. We spend a lot of time dealing with local property ventures, whether it’s land or buildings. Being on Meenatchi Amman Kovil Street means there’s always something happening right outside the door. We usually start the day with some coffee and a look at what needs to be done. There’s always a lot of paperwork with property, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t use scripts or complicated language when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know. Sometimes we’re out of the office looking at sites, but there’s usually someone around to answer the phone or talk to anyone who walks in. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't looking to change the world, just to help people find what they need in the local area. It’s a honest way to make a living and we’ve been at it for a while now. We appreciate the people who come to see us.
