Resguardo Industries Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Harohalli 2nd Phase industrial area in Kanakapura. We’re at number 312, which is easy enough to find if you know the area. Being in an industrial zone means we’re surrounded by other factories and warehouses, so it’s never really quiet around here. We’ve got a decent-sized space where we handle all our production and storage. Most days, the main roll-up door is open to let some air in while we work. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being out here where there’s more room. We aren't big on meetings; we usually just talk about what needs doing over tea in the morning. The floor gets greasy, and the machines make a lot of noise, but that’s the reality of what we do. We have a small office area for the paperwork, though most of the action happens on the shop floor. People come and go, deliveries arrive, and we just keep the rhythm going. It’s a local operation, even if the name sounds a bit formal. We’ve got some good neighbors in the other units, and we help each other out if a tool goes missing or someone needs a hand.
