We are set up in Abhaypur, right near the North Guwahati College on College Road. It’s a pretty lively area with the Katabazar market close by. Being a one-person company means things are pretty direct here. I handle most of the development work myself, along with some help when the jobs get big. We focus on local projects around North Guwahati. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we keep our maps and plans. It’s convenient being near the college because there’s always something happening. Most of the work involves figuring out how to use the land around here without making a mess. We don't do those big glossy brochures you see in the city. Usually, I just meet people at the site or at a local tea shop to discuss what they need. It’s a lot of walking and checking on boundaries. The weather here in Kamrup can be tough on construction, so we have to plan around the rains. I've lived in this area most of my life, so I know which spots get flooded and which stay dry. That’s the kind of practical knowledge we use every day. It’s just about getting the houses or small shops built right so they last. I keep the paperwork in order and try to stay on top of the local rules. It keeps me busy from morning until late evening. Working alone means I know exactly what is happening with every single project.
