Rkp Nirman Llp is located over at Kanya Apartment. If you know the area near Christian Hospital in Chhatribari, you’ve probably passed by us a dozen times. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise office building; we’re right there in the middle of the neighborhood. Being near the hospital means it’s always busy outside, which keeps us on our toes. We spend most of our time out on sites anyway, so the office is mostly for when we need to sign papers or meet a supplier. We deal with construction projects around Guwahati, mostly focused on the practical side of building things that actually last. There isn't a lot of polish here. You’ll find dusty boots by the door and blueprints rolled up in the corners. We started small, just a few of us who knew how to handle tools and manage a crew. Now we take on more work, but the way we do things hasn't changed much. We talk to people directly, no middleman or fancy sales talk. If something can’t be done, we just say it. If it can, we get to it. It’s a bit loud with the traffic from the hospital area, but we like being where the action is. We just focus on the brick and mortar and making sure the walls are straight. It's nothing too fancy, just regular construction work.
