Prestige Ice Cream Ltd.

We are over here in Bamunimaidan, specifically in the West Jyoti Nagar area. Most people find us because we are right near the Kali Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Prestige Ice Cream Ltd. isn't some giant factory you'd see on TV. We are a local bunch just making ice cream every day. It gets pretty busy, especially when the sun is beating down on the street. We spend most of our time checking the freezers and making sure the batches are coming out right. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and cleaning up spills. We don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just us in the back getting the work done. The neighborhood is okay, a bit noisy with the temple bells and the traffic, but we like it here. We've known the shopkeepers next door for years. When the power goes out, we all worry about the stock together. We don't really do big advertising campaigns or anything. Most people just walk in or call us because they know we've been at this address for a while. We just try to keep the machines running and the ice cream cold. It is a simple business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the local shops supplied and the kids in the neighborhood happy. There are times when things go wrong, but we just fix them and keep going.
