Neeoa Foundation

If you are looking for the Neeoa Foundation, you will find us inside the Gargya Autocity building. We are located on National Highway 37 in the Betkuchi area of Guwahati. We are right across from the DTO office. It’s a busy spot in Kamrup-Assam. There are always cars coming and going because of the dealership and the government office across the road. Our workspace is just a small part of the building. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. The sound of traffic from the highway is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. We aren't a big, fancy foundation with a lot of money to spend on decor. We just focus on our daily responsibilities. People sometimes stop by when they are in the area for car stuff or license work. We don't have any brochures or promotional materials to hand out. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we are working on. It’s a practical setup in a very practical location. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just local people working in a busy corner of Guwahati. The humidity can get pretty heavy in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. It’s just how things are here. We show up and we do the work.
