We are located at 350 Mother Teresa Road, right on Zoo Road in Guwahati. If you know where Chungfa Restaurant is, we are just near there. It’s a busy spot but we like it because people can find us easily enough. Mostly we just handle travel things and try to keep everything organized for people who walk in. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and computers. We started this place because we knew the area well. It gets hot in the summers here, so the fan is always running. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. People come in asking about tickets or where to go for a weekend trip. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. It’s been a few years since we set up shop here. The road outside is always loud with cars and bikes going towards the city center. We try to keep the door shut to keep the dust out. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when things get quiet. We don’t do big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s just a regular local business trying to do honest work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the screen. If you're passing by Zoo Road, you'll see the sign. It’s a decent place to work and we just take each day as it comes.
