Masala Udhyog

We operate out of Bath Khadi Village, which is just near the Manas Tehsil. It’s a bit quieter out here than in the middle of the big cities, and we like that. The air feels a bit different and there’s more space to breathe. Our workspace is a simple building that we’ve adapted over time. It’s not a high-tech facility, but it has everything we need to do our work properly. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we don’t have long commutes. We just walk or ride a bike over in the morning. Being near the Tehsil means there’s some coming and going, but mostly it’s just the sounds of the village. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s a humble setup, but we take it seriously. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. It’s a very simple, honest way to make a living. There aren't many frills here, just some hard-working people in a village setting. We like the pace of life here. It feels honest and grounded, which is exactly how we like to run things at Masala Udhyog.
