Mahamaya Traders

Rampur No. 3 is where we stay and work. Mahamaya Traders isn't a big fancy place, just a shop we run here in Taluka Palasbari. People come by for what they need for their homes or farms. It gets busy in the mornings when the sun isn't too hot yet. We spend most of the day moving things around or talking to folks from the village who drop in. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we manage to get things delivered. My family has been around here for a long time, so everyone knows where to find us. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk and some space for the stock. Usually, there is some tea going if you come at the right time. Life in the village moves at its own pace. We handle all sorts of stuff, mostly hardware and things people need for their houses. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. The neighbors stop by to chat even if they aren't buying anything. That's just how it is here in Palasbari. We try to keep the shelves full, though sometimes the trucks take longer than they should to arrive from the city. It’s a simple living. We don’t bother with fancy ads. People just know us by word of mouth. If you’re near Rampur No. 3, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded now but it’s still there. We have seen kids grow up and start their own houses here.
