Luit Nirman. We are located at 2 Madgharia, and it’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the main parts of the city. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now, focusing on construction and building work. It’s not a big, shiny office; it’s more of a place where we plan out the projects and store some of the gear we need. The name Luit Nirman means something to us because it connects us to the local area and the river. Most days, the place is a bit messy with blueprints or samples of materials lying around. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual sites, so the office is just a home base for the team. We aren’t really into the whole big corporate image. We’d rather be out there seeing things get built. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and we usually have a pot of tea going. It’s a very local feel here in Madgharia. We don't have a receptionist or a bunch of managers. It’s just us, working on the next project and trying to make sure everything stands up straight. The work can be tough and the weather doesn't always help, but we just take it one day at a time. If you’re looking for us, we’re the ones with the dust on our boots and a simple sign on the door.
