Kathotia Peb Solutions Llp is situated on the third floor of Temple Tower. This is right in Christian Basti, which is a pretty well-known part of town. You’ll find us there under the care of Sunil Kathotia. The building is usually busy with people coming and going. We focus on pre-engineered building solutions, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at steel structures and technical drawings. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about if you’re not in the trade, but it keeps us busy. Our office isn't decorated with anything expensive. We have some chairs for visitors and a few computers. Sometimes the traffic in Christian Basti is a nightmare, so we try to schedule our meetings for the morning. We’ve been operating from this tower for a while now. We don’t have a sales team that calls people all day. Usually, someone hears about us from a friend and stops by. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. We’re just a group of people working together in a small space. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order more printer ink, but we get the main work done on time. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We don't use big words to explain what we do. If someone asks, we just show them the plans for the steel buildings. The third floor is a good spot because we can see the street below.
