Kareng Construction operates out of Ward No. 4 of Tengnamari village, which is part of the Abhayapuri area. It’s a local operation, and you can usually find us right here in the village. We’ve been a part of this community for some time now. We don't have a big corporate office; instead, we work from a simple building that serves as our hub. It’s where we keep our tools and where the workers meet up in the morning. Being in Abhayapuri, we deal with a lot of rural projects, from small houses to larger community buildings. We know the people here and they know us. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk about our work. We just tell you what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Sometimes materials are hard to get out here, so we have to be patient and plan ahead. Our team is made up of guys from around the village who have been doing this for years. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to keep working and providing for our families. It’s a steady life and we take pride in the things we build. Nothing flashy, just good solid work. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning, we're usually out on the site, getting our hands dirty with everyone else. It's a good life.
