You can find us at Number 1, Lakhi Nagar, right off Zoo Road. It’s a pretty central location, which means the traffic is usually a nightmare, but it makes it easy for people to find us. Zoo Road is always humming with people and cars. We use this space to manage our buildtech projects. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we can keep our files and meet with the guys before they head out. We do a lot of technical work, looking at how to make buildings better or fixing up old structures. Most of the time, the desk is covered in maps and site plans. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. Usually, it's just someone in jeans and a t-shirt explaining how a drainage system is going to work. We’ve been at this spot for a while and seen Zoo Road change a lot. New shops opening up, more cars every year. It’s a busy life. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different crews and making sure the supplies actually show up at Lakhi Nagar when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and that’s when the real work starts. It's just a regular local business trying to stay on top of things. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets around here for us. It works for what we need.
